A demand agency charges $35,000 to find what's broken. Mine takes a week, and it's free.
I've had a quota on me for 27 years and never missed, most of it in leadership. For one week, I put that experience on your company.
It's called WeekZero™: the free week before you hire a fractional CMO, VP of sales or CRO, or find out you don't need one.

Six quick screens, mostly taps, so I know your company before we talk. Then you pick a Friday to talk through your answers. The week after, I'm in your numbers and talking with your team and your customers. The Friday after that, I show you what I found and the order I'd fix it in.
Got it. I'll read it myself and reply with a start week or an honest no.
That didn't send. Try once more, or email me at chad@chaddperry.com.
One Week on Your Numbers and Your Customers. Then an Hour, and a Plan You Keep.
I spend a week on your numbers and in conversations with you, the people who run your marketing and sales, and your customers: deals you won and lost, and prospects who bought and who didn't. Then an hour with you, and an action plan you keep whether you hire me or not.
The plan tells you four things:
- Where you are in the RevenueEngine™: positioning, messaging, prospecting and sales, always fixed in that order.
- The out-of-order fix that's costing you most.
- What to fix first, and in what order.
- Which of the four roles you need, if any: Advisory, Fractional CMO, Fractional VP of Sales or Fractional CRO.
An out-of-order fix is money spent on a later step while an earlier one is broken: an agency hired before you've decided who you're for, more ads while the message isn't landing, more reps before anyone knows what to say. It leaks, and you can't see where.
Other firms charge to find what's broken. The closest published price is a demand agency's six-week revenue assessment: $35,000. Mine takes a week, and it's free.
Free Doesn't Mean I Take Everyone
The week is how we both decide: whether I'm the right person to fix what's broken, and whether you're a company I can do my best work for. Better to know both before money changes hands.
I take one a week, because each one is a week of my time. NDA on request, covering your company's information.
When the week isn't for you
- You won't let me talk to your customers. The week runs on those conversations. Without them, I'm guessing.
- You're still testing whether anyone wants it. I work with companies whose customers already love them.
- You want your own plan carried out as written. I'll tell you what the numbers say, including when it isn't what you hoped.
- Opinions settle arguments at your company. The week ends in data. If data won't settle it, the plan won't either.
If one of these is you, save us both the week.
What Founders Ask Before They Hand Over a Week
What happens after I pick a Friday?
I keep the week after our first call clear for you: Monday to Thursday on your numbers, then the report-out the following Friday at the same time. I read every booking before our first call. If I'm not the right person for what you're facing, I'll tell you why and cancel. If you don't hear from me, we're on.
What do you need from us during the week?
Access to your numbers and your CRM, conversations with whoever runs marketing and sales, and introductions to customers you've won and lost, and prospects who bought and who didn't. You make the introductions.
We've hired consultants who said they could fix it. Why is this different?
Did they tell you how they'd fix it before they started? That's what the week is: the how, written down, before you've paid anything.
What if we take the plan and do it ourselves?
Then you do. The plan is yours whether you hire me or not. If your team can build what it says, you may not need me at all, and the plan will say so.
Is the hour a sales pitch?
No. The hour is the report-out: what's broken, the order I'd fix it in, and the action plan. If one of the four roles fits, the plan names it. Whether you hire anyone, and whom, is your call.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, covering your company's information. Tick the box on the form, or ask, and I'll sign it before the week starts.
Why only one a week?
Because each one is a week of my time. I only show the Fridays I still have open.
