Chad D. Perry Consulting, LLC runs chaddperry.com. In this policy, "I," "me" and "my" mean that company. This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

It covers this website and the requests made through it. It doesn't cover the practices of companies I don't own or control.

  • What you're looking for help with, in your own words

  • Pages viewed and how you interacted with them
  • The website, search or ad that brought you here

Information you choose to send me

  • Emails, messages and anything else you share when you contact me or schedule a call

I collect this information from you when you fill in a form, book a call or email me. Some of it is collected automatically when you visit, through cookies and similar tools.

  • To respond to you: reviewing your request, scheduling calls and corresponding with you.
  • To provide my services: preparing for and delivering the work you ask for.
  • To improve the site and my marketing: understanding which pages, searches and ads bring visitors, and measuring how they perform.
  • To meet legal obligations: keeping required records, preventing misuse and enforcing my agreements.

I won't use your information for purposes materially different from these without telling you.

Calls and Text Messages

When you give me your phone number, you agree that I may call you and send you text messages about your request and any work we do together. Some messages may be sent by automated means. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also email me to stop calls.

I don't send marketing texts, and I don't share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with:

  • Service providers that help me run the site and the business: website hosting, forms and databases, email, calendar and scheduling, and analytics and advertising. They may use the information only to provide their services to me.
  • Others where the law requires it, or where it's needed to protect my rights or someone's safety.
  • A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or merged.

I may also use information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it can't identify you.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage and scripts.

  • Essential: these make features you ask for work, such as the request form and booking.
  • Functional: these remember details between visits, such as the page or ad that first brought you to the site.
  • Analytics and advertising: these show how visitors use the site and how my ads perform.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Some features may not work without them. The site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

I use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.

I keep personal information for as long as I need it to respond to your request and provide my services. I keep it longer only where the law requires it, or to resolve disputes.

This site is for business buyers. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

You can ask me to:

  • Tell you what personal information I hold about you, and send you a copy
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for marketing

Depending on where you live, including some US states, the UK and the EU, you may have more rights under local law, such as objecting to certain uses or complaining to a regulator. I'll honor them where they apply.

The site and my service providers operate in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours.

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
