These terms govern your use of chaddperry.com. The site is run by Chad D. Perry Consulting, LLC. In these terms, "I," "me" and "my" mean that company.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you agree to them for that company. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You may use the site to learn about my services and to request a conversation with me. Please don't:

  • Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it
  • Send me false information, or pretend to be someone you're not
  • Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the services behind it
  • Copy the site's content in bulk, including with automated tools, or republish it as your own

I may block anyone who does these things.

The site describes my services, my record and how I work. It's general information, not advice for your company. Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice.

Reading the site, filling in a form or talking with me doesn't make you a client. We have an engagement only when we've both signed a written agreement. That agreement, not the site, sets the scope, price and terms.

Prices on the site are published list prices. They may change, and the price in a signed agreement is the one that applies.

Requesting WeekZero™ doesn't commit either of us to anything more. I read every request myself, and I may decline or cancel any booking, with a reason.

The action plan you get at the end of the week is yours to use in your company, whether you hire me or not. If you ask, I'll sign an NDA covering your company's information before the week starts.

When you fill in a form or email me, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. My Privacy Policy → explains how I handle it.

The site's text, design, drawings and code belong to me or the people who license them to me. WeekZero™ and RevenueEngine™ are my trademarks.

You may read, print and share pages from the site for your own business. You may not copy, sell or republish its content, or use my name or trademarks, without my written permission.

The site uses services run by other companies, such as the calendar you book a call through. It may also link to other websites. Those companies' own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and I'm not responsible for them.

The site is provided as is. I don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

The record I describe is what happened at the companies where I worked. It isn't a promise of what will happen at yours.

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, including lost profits, revenue or data. My total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

These limits cover the site only. Any work we do together is covered by our written agreement.

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts in Utah County, Utah.
  • If a term doesn't hold up: if a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver: if I don't enforce a term right away, I can still enforce it later.
  • The whole agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the site.
